Charter change

The question on whether or not I agree on the charter change are with qualifications.

I agree.
Economic Provisions
This is because of the flaws and inadequacy of it to adopt in the changing world especially in the economic provisions of it.
Our present fundamental law has a strict mandate that ownership and management of lands and businesses shall be solely or exclusively must be controlled by Filipino. Yes, foreign corporation has a percentage of approximately forty percent in the ownership and control thereof; nonetheless, the same shall not suffice in the game of the present global economic stimulus.
In other countries, foreigners natural or juridical are given a right to own, in full exercise thereof. Hence, it is imperative that if ever a change of fundamental law would be concurred upon; foreign corporation should be given a right of full ownership and management.

Term of Office
It has been said that many politicians here in this country that six years is not enough for a good President and too long for a bad President. I agree with that axiom. This is because rectification and implementation of programs take a period of time and given the present status quo the same programs could not be achieve if the period of term of a good leader is limited.
Hence, to my mind, a reelection should be provided; withal, of couse, a strict yard stick of law and finally, by the people themselves on the day of the election should be provided.

Two party system
Philippine Constitution provides for a multi party system. Nonetheless, thru the years these system provided a nil in the running of an ideal party. A party should have a stand and a true ideology of its own. In our present set-up, the members of party are like bees flying or changing a party if administration changes. Where is the principle of a party? None. Hence, it would be proper for a two party system whereby all the members of that party would have a common stand on issues and shortcomings to be fixed within the party.

I disagree.
My concern on not agreeing with the "ChaCha" is that if the same shall be used only by politicians as a means of prolonging their stay in office and as avoidance of their cases in court. Yes, indeed in my discussion above I agreed with the reelection and my stance does not change. Hence, it is imperative that a clear law should be enforced and at the end; we the voters should be a watchdog and be intelligent enough to choose our leaders.
